[Notice] Xignal&MT Ltd. Terms of Use Update
Greetings from Xignal,
We’re updating our Terms of Use for all customers effective October 4, 2022. If you continue to hold a Xignal account after that date, then you agree and must comply with the new terms to continue using your account.
This summary is intended to help you better understand these updates.
Here are the changes:
- We revised the definition of Xignal’s Customers, now only individuals or institutions that have opened an Xignal account and successfully completed at least four levels of our KYC verification and AML checks are considered Xignal customers.
- We added information about our license.
How do I accept the new user agreement?
If you are a current Xignal customer and you keep using our services, it means you accept our updated terms and conditions.
If you don't agree to the new terms, you should terminate your account and stop using the services.
