Xignal Exchange provided CS support in English, Russian, and Japanese languages. Bank linkage work is coming to the finish, withal, support in Japanese provided for customers' convenience will be discontinued.

Therefore, CS tickets in Japanese cannot be no longer supported. Please note that only CS tickets in English and Russian will be processed.
