📝 My OTP codes generated by Google Authenticator aren’t working.

If your OTP codes obtained from the Authenticator app aren’t working, it is may be caused by the lack of time synchronization in Google Authenticator application or on your device.

To set up time synchronization on your device, follow the instructions below.

On iPhone:

• Go to the Settings app
• Select General
• Select Date & Time
• Enable Set Automatically

On Android:

• Go to the Settings app
• Select General Management
• Select Date and Time
• Enable Automatic date and time

* These steps for Android might be vary depending on the manufacturer of the phone.

Alternatively, you can try the Time Sync feature if you use Google Authenticator for Android.
