We would like to make an announcement related to KYC verification.
A user can apply for KYC verification through both PC and mobile device.
In case of using a link sent to email address to perform KYC, you won't receive any message after completing KYC application procedure (taking photo of ID document and selfie).
How to check whether KYC application has been successful:
Log in to xignalex.com – Account – Security - Verification
If the Level 4 KYC displays as Pending, the application has been successfully completed.
The time of proceeding KYC will get much longer, if you keep applying for KYC verification because there is no message about completing application. Therefore, after proceeding with KYC verification via mobile device, make sure to access the XIGNAL Exchange again to check whether application status is right. Only if it’s not displayed as Pending, please perform a verification one more time.
The maximum time of approving KYC application is 1 hour. If verification takes longer than that, please submit a request through XIGNAL SUPPORT.
