How to complete KYC Verification
Visit our Xignal website www.xignalex.com
Log in and click [Account] on the upper right of the main page.
On the following screen click [Security] on the left side menu.
Find Verification section and click [KYC Verification] icon.
You can proceed with LEVEL 4 only after completing previous LEVELs.
Read the Terms of Service, and click the checkbox if you agree.
Then click [Confirm] to move on.
On this step you're able to select your language by clicking the 'Globe' icon
Then click [Start] to go the next step.
Choose issuing country/region of your document and select the type of ID.
Once you’ve chosen the type of ID you will provide, you’ll have a choice of three ways to submit it:
- Take a picture of your ID with your desktop/laptop camera, or
- Upload a picture from your computer, or
- Scan a QR code with your mobile phone and continue the process on mobile
In case you've chosen to use your mobile next screen will be opened.
Enter your email address to get the link or scan QR code instead, and finish verification by your mobile.
You can go through this step by uploading picture of your ID from your computer as well.
If you're using mobile device to proceed with KYC verification, please make sure to apply ONLY ONCE. Don't keep applying for KYC verification because there is no message about completing application.
After completing KYC Verification you can check the status of your application at our website.
After you’ve successfully submitted your ID, you’ll need to provide a selfie.
Click on the [Start] button to continue.
If you are going through this step by using your desktop/laptop camera, you might see
a pop-up in your browser asking for permission to use your camera.
Click [Allow] to continue.
You can check the status of your KYC Verification in [Account] - [Security] - [Verification].
If the document meets the requirements, the request will be processed within 10 minutes.
If you're using mobile device to proceed with KYC verification, please make sure to apply ONLY ONCE.
Your application is completed successfully until LEVEL 4 KYC status displays as Rejected.
In case your KYC application has been rejected, you have to reapply again.
Why was my KYC application rejected?
These are some reasons why your KYC may have been rejected.
- The images uploaded are blurry.
- The document is expired.
- The document is not genuine or/and modified.
- Face is not clearly visible in photo.
Please, make sure you avoid mistakes described above when applying for KYC.
