[XIGNAL] Proof of Residence GUIDE

We would like to make an announcement about details of Proof of Residence procedure. Please read this notice carefully prior to applying for the proof of residence.

•  Required documents for the proof of residence:

(1) Passport (international passport or passport for travel abroad)
(2) One of the following documents (issued within the last 90 days):

- Utility bill (ex : gas, water, electricity)

- Certificate of tax payment

- Certificate of residence issued by the government authority

• How to apply for the proof of residence:

Upload a photo of utility bill / certificate of tax payment / certificate of residence with a passport as an image file.

NOTICE:

• Passport AND utility bill / certificate of tax payment / certificate of residence must be shown together in one photo.
• The name on the passport and the name on the document of the proof of residence (utility bill, certificate of tax payment, certificate of residence) must match.
