How to terminate your account

Visit our XIGNAL website www.xignalex.com

Log in and click [Account] on the upper right of the main page.

On the following screen click [My Profile].

Then click [Terminate Account] and confirm it.

Thereby your account will be terminated. Click [OK] to complete.

NOTICE

• Check your Balance. If you wish to terminate your account you have to withdrawal all your digital-assets. The remaining account balance will not be refunded to you.

• When you terminate your account, your personal information registered in XIGNAL will be deleted and cannot be recovered. However, the information must be kept for a certain period by XIGNAL as per related laws and regulations. Therefore, please carefully re-consider before deciding to terminate your trading account.
