How to complete Proof of Residency

Visit our Xignal website www.xignalex.com

Log in and click [Account] on the upper right of the main page.

On the following screen click [Security] on the left side menu.

Then find Verification section and click [Proof of Residence] icon.

You can proceed with LEVEL 5 only after completing all previous LEVELs.

Read the Terms of Service, and click the checkbox if you agree.

Then click [Confirm] to move on.

You need to upload a copy of your passport and the document that proves your residency.

Valid documents for residents of Kazakhstan:

• Utility bill (e.g. gas, water, electricity)
• Bank statement
• Pension fund statement

Valid documents for non-residence of Kazakhstan:

• Utility bill (e.g. gas, water, electricity)
• Bank statement
• Certificate of tax payment
• Certificate of residence issued by the government authority

Note:

• Your passport and the document must be shown together in one photo;
• The document must be issued within the last 90 days (including the issue date);
• The name on the document must be the same as the passport submitted;
• The name, address, issue date, and issuer must be clearly visible;
• Only documents with information in English or Russian are accepted;
• The address on the document must be the same as the address entered.

Passport AND utility or tax bill must be shown in ONE photo.

• Please upload an image of passport and document of the proof of residence according to requirements.
• Enter your residential address.

Then click [Upload] to complete.

You can check the status of your residence verification in [Account] - [Security] - [Verification].

NOTICE

If the document meets the requirements, the request will be processed within 1~2 business days.

If your residence verification was rejected, please read the requires one more time, and try again.
