📝 I would like to disable OTP on XIGNAL.

To disable current OTP, please contact XIGNAL SUPPORT, state “Disable OTP” in your request description and attach required documents.

Required documents: 

• Passport photo with note.
• A selfie holding a passport with a note attached.

The note should contain all of the following: 

• To : XIGNAL Exchange
• Purpose : Disable OTP
• Name : Last name, First name (as in passport)
• E-mail : E-mail address registered on the XIGNAL exchange (User ID)
• Date : Request date
