XIGNAL Exchange provides services for users from all over the world. However, residents and citizens of Non-Cooperative Countries and Territories (NCCT) designated by Financial Action Task Force (FATF) are restricted from opening XIGNAL account. Also, access to services may be restricted according to the relevant laws of individual’s country of residence.
