How to withdrawal crypto

In this example, we will withdraw BTC from XIGNAL.

Visit our XIGNAL website www.xignalex.com

Log in and click [Balances] at the top of the main page.

Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.

Click [Withdrawal] tab at the right side of the current page.

Then fill in the following fields:

1. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
2. Enter the withdrawal address.
3. Enter your 6-digit OTP code.

Then check the additional information below.

If everything looks good, click [Request Withdrawal] button.

Such withdrawal confirmation email will be sent to your Xignal-associated email address.

Click [Confirm] button in the email, if you recognize your transaction request.

 

Once you confirm the withdrawal request by email the relevant page will be opened, that means your request is approved.

You will receive Withdrawal Information email, after your withdrawal is proceeded.

 

You’ll be able to see your outgoing withdrawals in your Transaction History.
Balances -> Coin -> Transactions

NOTICE

• Before clicking [Request Withdrawal], please double-check your withdrawal crypto, amount and address.
  
• It will be impossible to modify or cancel confirmed request. However, you can cancel unconfirmed request, and make new one.
• The withdrawal limit of cryptocurrency is differed based on verification level.
