If you wish to change a phone number, you have to disable it first and set up again later. To disable the phone number, please contact XIGNAL SUPPORT, state “Disable Phone Number” in your request description and attach required documents.

- To: XIGNAL Exchange
- Purpose: Disable Phone Number
- Name: Last name, First name
- E-mail: E-mail address registered on the XIGNAL Exchange (User ID)
- Date: Request date
