You should disable current OTP, and set up new OTP again later.
To disable current OTP contact XIGNAL SUPPORT and mention "Disable OTP" as subject line via email you registered on XIGNAL and attach following documents.
- Passport photo with note.
- A selfie holding a passport with a note attached.
The note should contain all of the following:
- To : XIGNAL Exchange
- Purpose : Disable OTP
- Name : Last name, First name (as in passport)
- E-mail : E-mail address registered on the XIGNAL exchange (User ID)
- Date : Request date
