How to set up Google OTP

Visit our Xignal website: www.xignalex.com

Log in and click [Account] on the top right of the main page.

On the following screen click [Security] on the left side menu.

Then find Verification section and click [OTP Verification] icon.
You can proceed with LEVEL 2 only after completing LEVEL 1 (Email Verification).

Download Google Authenticator from either the Apple App Store or Android Play Market on your phone before setting up OTP on XIGNAL. It's free.

Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone and tap the [+] button on the bottom right.

At the bottom of your screen two options will show up, "Scan a QR code" and "Enter a set up key".

Click [Scan a QR code].

Now you are able to scan QR code through the Google Authenticator app on your phone.
Alternatively, you can enter the provided 16-digit key by clicking [Enter a setup key] on the previous step.

Then click on [Next step].

On this step you need to enter the 6-digit code generated by your authentication app on your smartphone in the field, and click [Confirm]

My verification codes generated by Google Authenticator aren’t working.

OTP verified successfully, click [OK] to complete.

NOTICE

To reset current OTP by the reason of deleting OTP application or changing mobile phone, you have to disable it first and set up again.
